They are available as decentralised assets on the Cardano blockchain and, along with their DID-Document. via the permissioned API.

There are currently approximately 15,000 skills in the set.
Based on our current research, we expect the inital set covering the domains and levels listed to be approximately 25,000.
We will incrementally update this page with the latest version of the skill set.
